Fremantle has a vibrant heart and a green conscience so when Stockland wanted to build a beautiful range of exclusive units, environmental consideration was paramount. These magnificent apartments with unrestricted beach access are the Jewel in the crown of the South Beach development.
Grey water from all apartments in this complex is collected treated and reused. This saves tens of thousands of litres of precious water per day. The environmental focus of the development also made passage of the original development approval a much smoother process.
Australian Environmental Wastewater Solutions was involved with design, planning and implementation of this grey water project from inception. Long and detailed presentations to the Local and State Authorities along with negotiations with Water Corporation and EPA amongst others ensured a seamless transition from design through to implementation.
Working closely with Pindan Construction Australian Environmental Wastewater Solutions has been able to deliver this project on time and on budget by bringing together all stakeholders.
